This Week:

The paving and striping were completed for the Searcy Lot.

The ceiling grid was installed.

The HVAC and electrical contractors installed the lighting, receptacles, and HVAC grilles.

The sprinkler contractor adjusted their head piping for the ceiling grid.

The siding crew continued the siding on the drier days.

The grader worked on the drainage boxes and piping for the curb in front of the school.

Upcoming:

The siding will continue.

The electrician will continue working inside and outside, installing lights.

The sidewalk will be poured in front of the building. The curbing will be poured in front of the quad and most of the school.

This Week:

The siding contractor completed the upper level on the south side and began working on the east side.

The painters finished priming the drywall and finished the first coat on the walls and ceilings.

The cleaners completed a quick cleanup of the drywall dust.

The grader and paving company prepped the Searcy lot and Andante Lane in front of the building and paved them.

The tree work began for the pathway to Probart Street.

The ceiling grid will be installed.

The siding work will continue.

The HVAC crew, electricians, and plumbers will begin their trim-outs.

The carpenters will work on the interior window trim.

The grader will start on the pathway going down Andante Lane.

This Week:

The drywall install was completed.

The painters began priming the drywall and painting the drywall ceilings.

The siding contractor completed the lower porch fascia and soffits and the back-side soffits. They began installing the board-on-board siding for the main level on the back of the building.

The grader set up the grade for the curbs and completed the stormwater piping and boxes on the Searcy lot.

The electrical and HVAC trim-outs will begin in the drywalled areas, and the ceiling grids will be installed.

This Week:

The siding contractors continued working on the upper clearstory siding and soffit.

The framers completed the lower porch roofs, changed the stairs for Harmony Hall, and wrapped up a couple of loose ends.

The drywall contractors continued finishing the drywall.

The HVAC crew installed the three lower furnaces.

The painters will start priming and painting the ceilings.
