This Week:

We worked on the punch list in the building, including the door adjustments, minor plumbing, cabinet additions, and electrical items. We communicated with the subcontractors on the remaining punch list items.

Upcoming:

The elevator control work will continue. Once the elevator installation is completed, it will be inspected by the state.

The gutter subcontractor will make a few changes and will complete the lower porch roofs.

This Week:

The painters continued painting the railings and general touch-ups throughout the building.

The metal fabrication company installed the exterior rails and pulled all cables.

We obtained the final Certificate of Occupation and City approval.

Upcoming:

With the exception of the elevator, the project will be completed following the remaining carpet and base install.
