This Week:

The plaster application was finished.

The trim crew continued installing cypress on the exterior porches.

The closed-cell foam insulation was installed in the lower level, where there was water seepage remediation.

We coordinated with the subcontractors working on the specialty steel doors, appliances, custom lighting, and cabinetry.

The bathroom tile began to arrive on site and was staged in their respective locations.

The steel entry door was hung and tested in Heirloom's shop.

Upcoming:

The drywall will be installed on the remaining walls and ceilings.

The trim crew will continue installing cypress on the exterior porch ceilings. They will finish the back porch siding and the cypress walls and ceilings on the main-level porch.

The tile prep and waterproofing will begin in the bathrooms and laundry spaces.

The painter will begin applying the primer and paint on the walls.

This Week:

The plaster application on the main level and the lower stair wall continued.

The electricians set the lights on the lower deck porch and prepped for the stair lights to be installed on the mono-stringer stair.

We coordinated with the material suppliers and the interior trim crew on the materials and schedule for their shop and field labor. We also coordinated the flooring materials and installation team for March.

Upcoming:

The insulation will be installed in the lower foundation walls.

The drywall installation will begin on the missing walls and ceilings.

The plaster application will be finished.

The tiling materials will be delivered to the site and placed in their selected locations.

This Week:

The drywall finishers finished their respective rooms and ceilings with a tough hide application. The sub-slab water remediation was finished.

The framing crew reframed the lower-level walls.

The exterior Ipe decking install was completed and the trim crew shifted to installing the lower-level cypress ceilings and walls.

The stone masons made adjustments to the stairs landing.

Upcoming:

The plaster crew will hang and apply the plaster finish on the main-level walls and stairs.

The electricians will begin installing lights in the ceilings and building out the system AV panels and circuit panels.

The interior tile and other finish materials will be delivered.

The interior trim crew will begin prepping the doors and window jambs.

This Week:

The drywall crew finished the skim coats and sanding of the drywall ceilings and lower-level walls.

The plaster crew continued applying plaster to the upper-level walls.

The exterior trim crew nearly completed the Ipe decking and trimming out the lower spa deck.

The interior water remediation began.

Upcoming:

The water remediation will be finished.

The lower spa deck will be trimmed out and decked to completion.

The plaster will be applied to the remaining areas.

The framers will frame out the areas in the lower level that were held off for the water remediation process.
