The flush mount drywall fan vents and remaining areas were finished and sanded.

The exterior siding and trim were completed to 90%, leaving the garage faces and front door to be trimmed out in a few weeks.

We had an onsite meeting and solidified the interior finishes, exterior railings, and cabinet layouts.

The front entry door frame and side lights were delivered, installed, and protected.

The exterior porch trim and siding were completed.

The drywall on the lower level continued.

The tile and shower surfaces were prepped, and the layouts and transition details were confirmed.
