The mechanical and electrical contractors finished their rough-in.

The grader prepped for the sidewalk and concrete patios.

The curbing contractor poured the curbs on Monday.

The concrete contractor began installing the porch footings.

The glass contractor installed the glass in the storefront framing.

Upcoming:

We will call in for the framing and mechanical rough-in inspections. Once those are completed and any corrections made, insulation will begin.

This Week:

The grader finished prepping for the curb.

The HVAC contractor completed the duct in the entry foyer and worked on the round duct throughout the building.

We met with the electrical contractor and created their punch list for the rough-in phase.

The door hardware contractor installed the frames and doors in the sprinkler and receiving rooms.

Upcoming:

We will call for the rough-in inspections as the mechanical and electrical work finishes next week.

The building will be insulated.

This Week:

The electricians continued working on the panel wiring, breakers, and step lighting. They also began installing the fire alarm conduit.

The HVAC contractor installed the first duct system in the attic and began another one.

The solar contractor installed conduits for the concealed piping between the attic areas.

We met on-site with the trim carpenter to review the woodwork in the building.

The grader set up the curb in advance of the curb contractor beginning next week.

Upcoming:

The curbing will begin.

The HVAC and electrical will continue.

We will insulate the clearstory in preparation for drywall.

This Week:

The masons laid stucco on the retaining wall.

The roofers finished the shingles and started on the membrane.

The electrical and HVAC rough-in continued.

The graders completed the gutter drain piping.

The gas contractor installed the gas piping in the building.

Upcoming:

The roofing will be completed for this phase.

The electrical and HVAC rough-in will continue.

The graders will set the grade for the curbing and clean up the site.
