This Week:

The drywall crew continued finishing the main-level ceilings and the lower-level walls and ceilings.

The plaster crew continued in the primary suite.

The trim crew began the upper deck waterproofing and applied the Ipe decking over the waterproofing.

The staircase steel stringers were installed. Only the steel was installed. The temporary stair treads allow for general use while they fabricate the interfacing glass railing and custom treads.

Upcoming:

The main-level deck be installed.

The drywall and plaster finishers will continue.

The exterior finish materials will be delivered and get set for the lower-level ceiling trim and finish trim work.

This Week:

The drywall and plasterboard were hung. The drywall finishers began the initial steps of taping and mudding.

We met and spoke with several foundation drainage subcontractors for pricing for alternate remediation of the existing footer drainage issue.

Upcoming:

The steel stair stringer will be installed.

The deck drainage system will be installed on the upper deck.

The decking installation will begin.

The trim crew will prep the plaster walls with the reglet trim detail.

The drywall installers will continue finishing the drywall on the lower level.

This Week:

The drywall install began.

The electricians ran a few more lighting and low-voltage wires.

The garage furnace and air handler were set.

The handrail installers made small adjustments to the glass handrail.

We continued to monitor and work on further water seepage mitigation options.

More gutters were installed where the access and outdoor conditions allowed.

The AV crew began building the lighting control system panels.

Upcoming:

The plasterboard will be installed on the main-level walls.

The lower-level drywall finishing will begin.

The trim crew will set their base trim for the drywall finishers.

This Week:

The drywall installers began hanging the drywall on the ceilings and walls.

The roofers nearly finished the last of the ridge caps and flashing.

We confirmed the last of the AV and electrical wiring in a number of locations and continued to monitor the basement water seepage control measures. We also coordinated with the design team and the cabinet shops, the stone tops and stone slab fabricators, and continued the logistics for those subcontractors and materials that will follow the drywall crew.

Upcoming:

The drywall install will continue for the next few weeks.

The trim crew will prep the base trim.

This Week:

The water heater was delivered, lowered to the lower level, and set in the mechanical room.

The drywall was delivered.

The electrical and AV system received its final check before the drywall installation begins.

The Xypex water treatment reached the point of curing which allowed the temp HVAC system and dehumidifiers to be turned on. We are monitoring for any water intrusion on the treated surfaces.

The glass railing was installed on the upper deck.

Upcoming:

The drywall installation will begin.

The roofers will finish applying the last of the flashing and the gutters will be finished, weather permitting.
