This Week:

The stone masons continued working on the right side of the house at the primary bathroom and up to the main-level floor line. They also laid the stone on the chimney above the roof.

The framers continued to install the doors and windows. They framed out the ceilings and addressed the punch list.

The plumbers plumbed the right portion of the house on the main level and began running the water lines through the main-floor truss system.

Upcoming:

The masons will continue.

The framers will install the slider doors and remaining windows.

The plumbers will continue the rough-in on the main level and begin on the lower level.

A few trees will be removed on the right side of the house to make room for the underground propane tank.

This Week:

The carpenters continued framing the ceilings and working on the punch list items. They finished what they needed for the plumber to continue the plumbing rough-in.

The HVAC duct layout began.

The lighting submittals were reviewed and prepared for confirmation with the electrician.

The grading crew cleaned up debris from below the back of the house and laid straw matting down. They moved the propane tank down the hillside.

The windows and doors continued to be sorted and set in place.

Upcoming:

The balance of the windows will be installed.

The masons continued installing the stone on the side of the house.

The plumber will continue the plumbing rough-in.

The tree removal company will remove a few trees next to the house.

This Week:

The carpenters continued working on the punch list framing items. They framed the fireplace and chimney, tray ceilings, elevator shaft structural walls for the cab, and continued blocking and sheathing where necessary.

The masons began applying the first layers of the lath and scratch coat.

The roofers applied the waterproof membrane to the wood chimney.

In the office, we continued to schedule material deliveries and the upcoming subcontractors.

Upcoming:

The stone masons will install the stone on the lower foundation. Then we can confirm the utilities panel and box layouts.

The casework and lighting walk-throughs will occur.

The tray and dropped ceilings will be framed.

The windows and doors install will continue.

In the office, we will continue confirming selections and what needs to be ordered.

This Week:

The roofing underlayment was installed.

The door and window package was delivered.

We met with the plumber and they laid out portions of the plumbing rough-in components.

The fireplace and chimney framing was finalized. The framers worked over the holiday and began installing the windows and doors.

Upcoming:

The chimney will be installed.

The roofing underlayment and pre-flashing will be installed.

The windows and doors will be set and the drying out process will begin.

The plumbing rough-in will begin.

The HVAC duct system will be laid out.
