This Week:

The rough framing and sheathing of the roof system were finished. The skylights were framed out and the soffits were completed.

Upcoming:

The roof underlayment will be installed and the framing punch list work will begin.

The factory windows and doors will be delivered to the site and the install will begin.

This Week:

Roof framing continued along with framing of soffits and skylights.

The stone masons arrived on site and prepped the sample mockup with the Doggett Mountain for approval.

We coordinated upcoming work with multiple subcontractors and material providers and continue to push the next sequence of installations further.

Upcoming:

The roof system will begin to wrap up and we'll prep for the window and door install.

Mobilization of the roof system will begin.

This Week:

The framing crew continued blocking and weaving together the truss and soffit systems.

The metal frames were applied with the base coat of the finish.

We met with roofing and tile contractors on site and reviewed the conditions and the application of each.

In the office, we continued coordinating the selections, schedules, and upcoming subcontractors.

Upcoming:

The framers will work around the house to the backside of the soffit, rough in the skylight openings, and begin the porch stick-framed portion.

We will continue scheduling the trades.

This Week:

The framers continued framing, blocking, and setting the roof truss system.

The painters painted the steel frame.

The stone material for the masonry mock-up was delivered.

Several subcontractors visited the site to prepare for the upcoming installs.

Upcoming:

The roof sheathing will begin.

The exposed steel frames will be painted and the stone mockup will be installed.

In the office, the project budget, planning, and materials will continue to be tracked and coordinated for the next phases of construction.
