The HVAC contractor tied up the loose ends inside the attic and set the outdoor units on the roof.

The electricians completed a few of their remaining tasks.

The trim carpenters worked on the window trim in the clear story.

The siding contractor set up the pump jacks.

The drywall installation will continue with taping and mudding.

The painters will paint in the clear story.

The HVAC crew will be finishing up the rough-in in the building.

The building was insulated. The walls and roof were foamed, the sound batts were installed, and the crew sprayed the intumescent paint for the ignition barrier on the roof insulation.

Upcoming:

The insulation inspection will be called in.

The drywall will be delivered, and the drywall crew will begin hanging it.

This Week:

The concrete contractor prepped and poured the handicapped parking and some of the walkways and footings for the porches.

The HVAC crew and electricians completed their rough-in.

The framers made a couple of changes for the framing inspection.

The site received a cleaning before insulation begins.

The drywall crew hung and finished the drywall in the upper clear story.
