Next week is a shorter week because of the holiday, so there will be no weekly updates. They will resume the first week of December.

This Week:

The exterior siding and trim continued.

The skylights were installed.

The lower and main-level decking and interior trim prep continued.

We prepped for the foundation water intrusion mitigation.

The framers made adjustments to some of the framing per inspection comments and continued to make the needed adjustments to the lighting and receptacle locations.

Upcoming:

The electricians will work on the electrical issues from the inspection and the rough-in will be re-inspected.

The roofers will finish their installation, weather permitting.

The decking and trim details will continue.

The interior trim prep will continue for the main-level doors, windows, and base details.

This Week:

The skylights were installed in the primary bedroom and great room. Some of the framing was reworked for a couple of days and we worked through shop drawings for the casework.

The pocket door framing began and the interior trim crew started to shim, square, and plumb the door and window openings to prepare for the trim details.

Upcoming:

The roofing and skylight installation will be finished.

The siding will continue.

The interior trim prep will continue.

The mechanical inspections will finish.

This Week:

The plumbing rough-in was inspected.

The framers applied the draft and firestop measures where necessary.

The exterior trim and siding continued.

The roofing install continued.

We continued purchasing the building materials and components for the upcoming phases.

Upcoming:

The HVAC and electrical rough-ins will be inspected.

The framing rough-in will be inspected.

The exterior finish materials will continue to be installed.

This Week:

The electrical, plumbing, and HVAC rough-ins were inspected.

The balance of the siding materials was delivered and the exterior trim crew will continue next week because of the rain today.

The AV wiring and box installation continued.

The roofers continued to flash and lay the panels.

Upcoming:

The mechanical rough-in punch items from the inspector will be addressed.

The roofers will continue to lay the standing seam panels and the initial solutions for the basement moisture will be implemented.

We will continue coordinating with the upcoming trades.
