NOVEMBER 22, 2024

Next week is a shorter week because of the holiday, so there will be no weekly updates. They will resume the first week of December.

This Week:

The framers continued working in the upper level. They began installing the windows and worked on the front entry timber framing and roof.

The sprinkler crew continued running the piping in the upper-level.

The plumbing and electrical rough-in continued.

Upcoming:

The framers will finish installing the windows and entry roof. They will begin their punch list items including the blocking and packing.

The sprinkler system, plumbing, and electrical rough-in will continue.

The HVAC contractor will build the ducts in their shop and begin their installation soon.

NOVEMBER 15, 2024

This Week:

The framers finished installing the roof plywood and began installing the underlayment.

The sprinkler installation continued throughout the lower level.

The concrete was poured for the retaining wall and the front entry slab.

The plumbers started their rough-in.

Upcoming:

The plumbing rough-in will continue.

The sprinkler installation will begin on the upper level.

The windows will be installed.

The front entry timbers will be installed.

NOVEMBER 8, 2024

This Week:

The framing crew worked on framing the roof and valley framing and the plywood install.

The sprinkler contractor installed the sprinkler piping on the lower level.

The concrete contractor prepped the retaining wall and upper entry slab.

Upcoming:

The concrete wall and entry slab will be poured.

The framers will finish the roof framing and plywood install.

The sprinkler contractor will finish their lower-level piping.

We will have a subcontractor coordination meeting before the trades begin their rough-in work.

NOVEMBER 1, 2024

This Week:

The framers prepped and installed the roof trusses.

The sprinkler contractor worked on the piping in the lower level.

Upcoming:

The framers will work on the rafter tail extensions, gable framing, and plywood for the roof.

Later in November, the windows will be installed, the building will be dried in, and the mechanical rough-ins will begin.
