This Week:

The exterior trim crew continued wrapping the house with the cypress soffits and cedar fascia.

The heavy rains from Hurricane Helene delayed some of the work on-site, but the electricians and HVAC crew continued their rough-in.

The plumbers continued their rough-in by running most of their supply lines.

Upcoming:

The plumbing and HVAC rough-in will be finalized and inspected.

The siding crew will keep applying the fascia and soffit materials.

The electricians will deliver and begin installing the can lighting and fans.

This Week:

The masons finished this portion of the interior stair wall and the exterior. Once the front entry door is installed, they will continue.

The fascia and soffit installation began.

The plumbing and electrical rough-in continued. They made switches and wiring adjustments and ran the supply lines.

The framing crew ran blocking for the lower-level drywall ceiling grids and worked on the punch list items.

The stainless steel spa was delivered, craned over the house, and set on the lower-level deck.

Upcoming:

The electricians will continue making adjustments, where necessary.

The plumbing rough-in will be finished.

The siding crew will begin working around the house.

The fireplace framing will be coordinated.

A massive cleanup of stone and masonry debris will allow for the interior temporary stairs to come back.

This Week:

The masons began laying stone on the interior stair wall and finished the exterior work by installing the stone sills.

The architecture and design teams walked the house to review the lighting, HVAC, and AV locations. They checked in on the progress and reviewed the current field conditions.

The great room fireplace was installed and is ready to be framed out.

The framers will continue working on the punch list.

Upcoming:

The siding crew will begin the exterior siding.

The lower-level ceiling grid system will be installed.

The masons will finish the interior stair wall.

This Week:

The HVAC rough-in began and the plumbing rough-in continued.

The electrical wiring continued.

The stone masons continued laying the stone veneer.

The framing crew continued working on their punch list. They framed out the remaining drop ceilings and plumbed walls where needed.

The siding materials were delivered.

Two of the three fireplaces were installed.

The HVAC and plumbing rough-in will continue.

The stone masons will begin working on the interior stairwell wall.

The lower-level ceiling grid install will begin.
